I'm opening it in 8.5 -- getting an error indicating that it needs 2008. It may be still possible for it to work with 8.x, but would need to adjust the .ma file so it's not looking version 2008.

pretty good rig overall. simple. but gets the job done. my only crit would be the the forearm role. it seems to go up the whole arm with hardly any falloff. check out your own wrist. it stops rotating about mid forearm. also the neck control seems to give awkward movement. i might just stick to FK for the spine, also if you gonna implement FK/IK, i would put some FK handles in there to make selecting and animating in FK much easier. it seems like all the custom attributes for the hands could be put on the wrist IK control and just do away with the extra controller all together. also, its nice that you used the rpik solver, and how you set up the twist. if it were me though, i'd prefer to use locators with pole vector constraints. its just a little bit more visual control and most animators (i'd think) would prefer it. other than that, everything looks great, good job!
