You will need to have the ObjVPos.tcl installed in your plugin path.
Run this script on a selected ReadGeo node to get this extra tab.
Here you can enter a vertex position and hit "create card" to get a Card node at the positon of the given vertex in the loaded obj file.
To find out the vertex number you'll have to switch on the vertex numbers in the viewer's settings panel.
