Tile will fill an output format with an input image.
tile size: the width of each tile in pixels. If "keep aspect" is switched off, this will also be the height of the tile, otherwise the height is adjusted to keep the incoming image's aspect.
spacing: how many black pixels there are in between tiles
filter: filter used for the remapping
format: size of the output image
