Scriptbin.mel is written to help MEL developer using scripts more efficiently.Scripts in specific directories will be detected automatically, and one button for each will appear in the UI. You can source a mel by single click now. Scripts can be modified out of Maya, and re-executed quickly, which is very useful in the test stage.
Copy the usr_scripts folder to E:/, which is the default search path. Put the scripts in the sub-folders as you want.
To open the UI, you should create a shelf button to execute the following command:
Change the optionMenu, scripts in the different sub-forlders will be loaded.
The File menu can you open or source scripts located in anywhere.
If new script create in the usr_script/, you should select Edit>Refresh Bin to load it.
Open the Setting window, you can change the search path and the editor. Click Reset button to revert the default setting.
