This is a little script to help editing the weights of rigid bind skin. Simply choose any vertex and hit the up or down bown based on the increment or decrement value you set. By pass the trouble to open up component editor. Also works for multi vertices.
One thing to note, all joints in the scene must have the word "joint" in the naming convention. Else you have to edit the mel script to change it to the name you like.
Great help to speed up rigid bind weighting process.
