this script will create blobby surfaces particles system that is individually controllable using Nurbs sphere. User can simply keyframe the sphere translation and scale attributes and the blobby particles will follow. However, you will have to advance a frame in order to see the updates of the individual particles translantion and scale. Note* Please do not freeze transformation on the Nurbs sphere.
