this script sets up a group which is oriented to the rotate plane of an
ik-handle and creates a locator for the polevector to constrain.
1.) all the joints in the chain will maintain their zero rotations
2.) oriented rotation group for manipulating the polevector over roations
3.) locator oriented to the rotate plane so only its x-axis will twist the chain,
this way everything stays clean and its easy to animate
4.) option for just placing or place and connect the locator as poleVector
Usage:
---------------------------
copy tf_polevector.mel to i.e.: "..usermaya7.0scripts"
run "tf_polevector" from the commandline
