This mimics the Sticky Keys feature in XSI. Where tapping a key will switch to that tool, or holding the key down will switch to that tool but on release switch you back to the previous tool you were using. Excellent for doing quick adjustments while in say the scale tool and you just want to tweak a few components with the move tool, but then switch back to scale after you're done.
Downside is it only works on individual keys, which means you'll need to set up the keys yourself.
