Maybe this script will help.
Lets you flip your f-curve (ie scale it -1) in the graph editor using
the selected point as a pivot. This means you don't have to use the
nasty old scale tool and guess. Just grab a keyframe to pivot from, run
the script and adjust to taste.
It only works on one curve at a time right now. I will look into
mulitple curves in the future.
If you grab more than one point it will pivot from the 1st point you
grabbed.
