This script will enable us to select multiple lights and make or break thier relations with shading groups and materials.
You can select the lights from the scrolllist or manually. the first two buttons make or break relations of the lights selected from the scrollllist.
the Other two buttons make or break relations of the lights selected from the scene manually.
Referesh button refereshes the scrolllists.
