Provides a quick window for getting the world space position of the manipulator and placing objects at manipulator position.
It has three important buttons to use: Get location: gets the world space position of the active manipulator (in appropriate scene coordinates) create locator: creates a locator at the last grabbed manipulator position. move selected: moves selected object(s) to the last grabbed manipulator position.
