This script provides a secondary view with the same panel layout as the main maya window, four switchable views, and a custom set of independent shelves. Behavior is a bit strange, such as the panel layout cannot be changed by the inline panels menus, instead they must be switched through the config menu, and the shelves WILL NOT AUTOSAVE. User must manually save shelves or they will be lost with teh closing of the window.
