This is a great, wonderful tool for cycles (the only time I would ever use mirroring really), I actually like how simple it is. The more "robust" mirror scripts out there are far to complicated, involving complex UI's, python scripting installations and rig loading, I could never get any of them to load, let alone work :/. But this tool (a simple mel script) aside from missing set driven keys like foot rolls and toe rolls I think, worked liked a charm with rotations and translates. Thank you for making it. -

wich is why i say "usefull for cycles" because cycles assume your animating on the center of the grid space, I have never been asked to make it more robust :P -

Encountered situations where the pose doesn't mirror. code is too brief to account for changes in parent space, and offsets, and mirrored rotation axis of two controls. Would benefit from a frame of reference, ie measuring position of node to a plane representing the axis to mirror across. Otherwise too restrictive for animators when doing more than walks along z axis with controls that share the same rot axis. Not an easy thing to script tho.
