This script creates a series of "Half Joints" which base their rotation off an original joint, it's based off an old script which I lost and can't remeber where to find again. These joints receive a fraction of the rotation of the original. It helps for weighting such areas like knees, elbows, and in some instances shoulders.
It has an added functionality that, if you create more than one joint, the resulting joints get a gradient amount of rotation from the original. Example: for 3 joints .25 percent, .50 and .75 percent. For 4 joints .2, .4, .6 and .8.
