For those who use motion capture or any other animation technique that results in an overabundance of keyframes, this script makes it a lot easier to tweak animation that is keyed at every frame.
Select the object(s) you want to add an animation layer to. Run the script and in the Animation Layer window select the attributes that you have animation on and click create. It will then add new blank channels that you can animate. The new animation will be added to your original motion.
