--------------------------What is the 20-20-20 Rule?--------------------------

Long term use of a computer can result in a few issues:
1) A bright screen can fatigue your eyes resulting in dry eyes and achy eyes.

2) Use of a mouse/keyboard too often can result in Repetetive Strain Injury.

3) Sitting down for too long tightens your legs muscles.

So, the 20-20-20 rule suggest that after every 20 minutes,  you should take a break for at least 20 seconds to walk/look 20 foot away.

But nobody ever keeps to this rule!  Most of us forget how long we spend on Maya, and hours pass on by, which is not doing us any good.

--------------------------How does the script help?--------------------------

The 20-20-20 Maya plugin will help remind you every 20 minutes to take this wonderfully deserved break, and also reminds you to save your scene (don't you ever hate it when you lose all those hours of work?!).  Enjoy.

readMe.txt will explain how to install the script!
