The requests for 1024x768 Layouts just keep pouring in. From people that use laptops to people with older videocards. This Layout is for XSI 2.0 and up.
Just unzip and drag this file into XSI to install it. Then choose Eds_XSI_2_1024x768_Layout from the Layout Menu. If that does not work for you, use file>addon>install and browse to the location that you saved the file and install it.
