That's a small utility for easy extraction of object groups from mentalray's label/tag pass into separete alpha (for later using as a mask for color correction or anything you like).
You can extract label-groups in two ways: by entering label index you've specified in 3d package or just by color picking. Label indicies method is working only for 1-63 numbers (to support more - formula should be much more complicated or precise to one in mr, which I don't know :)) Anyway, in pickColor mode anything could be handled.
Then you need to compose resulted alphas Inside mr coverage pass to get anti-aliasing - and you have separete masks for objects you need in the scene pretty quickly.
