detects cuts in sequences. only tested in v2.5 on nt with 720x576 PAL (independence of res will come).
basicly a switch between in1 and in2 when a cut is detected. in3+4 are for scanning the sequence.
!!! connect the same sequence to in3+4, but as two seperate nodes. a single for both in's won't work because of timeX !!!
