This generates icos at 130x26 pixels for the alternative icon set. It depends on having Arial for a font, and there is also a variation of the Box macro embedded in the macro itself. When using it, set your defaultWidth and Height to 260, as it scales this image down into the sample frame. It also needs to have the Relief macro installed in at least the startup directory. You can find that in doc/cook/macros/.
