vm_glass_tube shader is an attempt to make some refraction (or refraction-like effect) on RiCurves.
By default uses some custom kind of cubic environment (see raycube.h for details). Uses raytracing, when "do_trace" is turned on. Lacks inner-side refraction (glass->air). Computes it only on front side. Implements some kind of exponential absorbtion.
Tested with PRMAN 11.5.3
