This is the panel for the pftrack2nuke.py script, not necessary but handy, you could get the stuff from the prompt. it will ask you for 2 files that you have to export from Pftrack a Geo and a Clip file Export with the Houdini export option of Prftrack to get the clip and geo file
I will post the Python script as well [pftrack2nuke]
Make sure the python path is set up right and the path to the Python File is right as well you will need to change the read permissions on both files
