Really good script ! But with straighten options the undo doesn't work.
With it, your script will becomes an inescapable !

The undo issue was in the first version with the straightening tool. It created hundreds of undo steps while building lists of edges and to straighten each edge over many iterations. It had an option to disable mayas undos temporarily, but it also meant that you couldn't go back so it was quite useless. It has since gotten much more optimized and now gives you one undo step per row of edges flattened in 2009, and in newer versions maya (2011 & 2012) it undos the whole command in a single step.
