This program selects all the vertex from 1st polyset mesh whose vertex position is within distance range of any vertex of the second polyset.
It is very handy selecting vertices of the 1st LOD which match the second LOD models. Or, if you just want to select any over-lapped vertices between 2 polysets.
If you have large polysets, it can be slow.
