This Script submits renders to your Back Burner Manager from Maya.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Select the code from your script editor and drag it onto a shelf.
By default the Manager is set to "A001", you'll need to update this to reflect your current setup.
Beyond that, pretty self explanatory.
