This script is a time saver for mirror geometry. If there has one side of a mesh,to finish it,just simply select an edge or more, and click a button on maya shelf. It can move edges to the center of worldX,and mirror and combine. To use, just copy the script on shelf. And choose one or more edges of the mesh's boundary. Execution.
