This here is a simple Python script to generate a regular Icosahedron.Neat and clean with no overlapping vertices.
What is an Icosahedron?
The regular icosahedron is one of the five Platonic solids. It is a convex regular polyhedron composed of twentytriangular faces, with five meeting at each of the twelve vertices. It has 30 edges and 12 vertices.
Note: You need to have the maya python libraries working with your IDLE or your standard python installation to run this script
