    I meant on a lot of rigs not on every rig, I think it's due to rebuilding the rig, sooner or later these errors will pop up, and I think they're related to my previous bug called "Rebuilt joints are rotated for no reason"

    These are only warnings. The key word is "May" not. Due to some complicated systems, Maya cannot know for sure that a cycle won't occur. Sometimes cycles can cause rigs to blow up, but that shouldn't happen to you.
     
    Just as the warning says, if you don't want to see that warning, from the MEL command line or script editor, run:
    cycleCheck -e off;
