There are scenarios which can cause a mismatch between the rendering and the modeling view (e.g. cycles in the dependency graph). To remedy this problem; in Render Globals->Extra Attributes->Pre Render Mel enter the name of this MEL script, to force a runup and avoid render mismatches.
