This is a user-modified version of the user interface for poseDeformer, a corrective-blend plug-in for Maya. You can find the original UI and the actual plug-in elsewhere on this site.
This modified UI drives the poseReaders with expressions rather than the original vector-based scheme, allowing precise control over corrections for individual joint axes. It facilitates pose setup by providing automatic analysis of existing animation, stores info about the pose in the resulting poseReaders, and generates expressions automatically for up to three attributes.
Other features: Master poseReader node stores info about the rig. Membership sets can be copied from one PD to another. Export/import backs up pose info along with geometry. Expressions can trigger and turn off the pose at specified values, allowing overlapping poses to work smoothly together. Help windows are provided for complicated features.
The file is given in RTF format so that modifications can be clearly identified by color. It must be saved as a TXT or MEL file before using. And of course the poseDeformer plug-in must be loaded in Maya before running the script.
For licensing information, please refer to the "GNU General Public License" that is distributed with the original plug-in. Again, this is a MODIFIED version of the user interface. My thanks to Mr. Comet for the original script and the plug-in itself.
