PicSelect allows you to select a group of objects and then make a copy of them which will appear in a separate window. Selecting the copies in the window will select the corresponding object in the main window. The copies will not move from the position in which they were originally created. For instance you can put a skeleton in the bind pose and create a PicSelect copy. Now you have a window to allow you to easily select various joints, no matter what position the character is moved to.
NOTE: You must also download a script named PicSelect Helper. It is a modified version of createModelPanelMenu.mel and is required for PicSel to work correctly. I would have submitted them together, but the script submit page only allows one mel file to be uploaded.
