Have you tried renaming maketx.exe to makeTx.exe?
I will fix this, but meanwhile you can try this workaround.
Also, have you tried the script in a version prior to 2014? I haven't been able to try it still, so I would like to know if it is a version problem or not.

Hi Morris,
You should tell the tool where you makeTx.exe is located, just press the browse button and search for it.
If you have Arnold installed it should be in c:\solidangle\mtoadeploy\etc...
