mayaExportSTL 0.1.0 for Maya (maya script)

  1) put all files in scripts folder (C:\Users\Username\Documents\maya\2017\scripts)
  2) open maya
  3) select object
  4) mayaExportSTL [ENTER] in MEL textbox bottom left (not mayaExportSTL.mel)
  5) the save dialog says its a .ma but will actually save an stl

  Working fine with an old 2011 maya. Like already said, I have to manually add the .stl extension to make it work.

  The command getenv MAYA_SCRIPT_PATH; has to be inserted at the bottom left next to "MEL". The Script should be saved at the resulting path. The STL extension was not available from the dropdown menu but I just inserted file.stl as filename and a valid stl file was produced. Thanks for the tool, but the description should be more accurate.
