Sorry for bad review above :) It works fine! Ðфтар, пиши ищё! In my time I neglected Maya in favour of Blender exactly because of mirroring lack. -

This script works really well in most cases I've come across. However, I frequently come across an error saying, "Could not determine inverse world rotation. Manually orient and set axis attrs on widget." And there is no real documentation on how to go about fixing this. It mentions setting that attribute, which I've done, but its still missing some connections. Otherwise, it works really well for the controls you can set the widgets up on. -

*update* The dev contacted me less than an hour after I posted this, so big props to the dev for being on the ball and taking user feedback and even replying to it. He has asked me to submit my fixes for the UI, so I will be sending them to him as soon as I have a bit of time to re-tool it for windows and os x. I'll also be trying to fix some of the things that he pointed out to me that I had issue with. I'll also test it on windows to see if that makes a difference or if it is my rig setup. :) A decent amount of setup is needed to get this tool to start working, but after the setup is done it still didn't work for me (OS X, Maya 2010). I had to tweak the UI for it to show all the buttons available and the UI scripting is really confusing, to be honest. Things seem to be nested where they may not need to be (ie, a rowColumnLayout within a frameLayout? Why not use a form layout in the frameLayout so you can use the relative positioning for elements?) After I got that tweaked I started setting up the translation and rotation widgets. It threw errors, but it said they were safe to ignore so I did. I got done and went to exchange the one foot to the other and instead of it doing it, it instead moved the left foot over to the right side. The right foot had nothing on it's translateX only it's translateZ (as did the left foot). I would have loved to have given this script a better review and a higher rating, but it's broken so I unfortunately can't. I tested this on a rig that was referenced into a scene as well as the main rig file and both times I received the same issues and errors. Hopefully this will be fixed in the next iteration. *ignore this note- it is at version 9 per the dev*as a note, it says version 9.3, but the file says version 9.2 inside it. When I diff'd the two files I found only 4 differences between the two (that weren't mine) and 1 was the info that highend3d puts before it. I only did a cursory glance at it, so I don't know if much if anything was changed, but I would guess that the correct version number would be version 9.2 -

This script is perfection. I have been looking for something like this for a long time. It is so smart and versatile. It is easy to setup, and it does the job perfectly on any rig. Thanks -

Cool! Took me a little while to get it to work (because I forgot about the tutorial videos :)) but it saves so much time!! It didn't work with the head though, the rotation becomes less and less everytime I click on exchange button for some reason, probably because of some expression.. but who cares about the head :D . Well I actually do, but still... :) So...thanks a lot. -
