    Thanks for this great script. I finally got around to using it and it worked great. I had imported a bunch of models, each with their own images and I had to reassign them all to the sourceimages folder. The only thing that may be useful would be a progress bar or some indicator of the process (I didn't have the script editor open as the script ran, but I checked it out afterwards and saw the progress information). Maya 2012, hotfix 2. Windows 7, 64-bit

    nice and simple execution but unfortunately I never use sourceimage directory so it has very limited use.

    Did you set path to your sourceimages directory? If you want just correct path then your textures already should be in the destination directory. If not, you should check "copy files" checkBox. Very Important : Before click on the Execute button, you should set destination directory with brows button. I didn't use "set path automatically" , because some users use subdirectories in sourceimages folder.
