I have only tested this briefly, and so far found it to be excellent. It does what it says which is putting a key frame on all the controllers at click of two buttons. Alternatively you can manually Shift select a series of controllers and key frame in one click.
So if you are like me, and cant keep track of a dozen controllers when animating then this looks to be a perfect tool for that workflow.
