Transform Type-in Is A Dialog That Lets You Enter Precise Values For Move, Rotate, And Scale Transforms For Selected Objects. You Can Use Transform Type-in With Anything That Can Display An Axis Tripod Or Transform Gizmo.

Not sure if you know, you can already do the same, it should be on the top bar of your UI, you might need to expand it to see it. Also right click to get the absolute and relative transforms.
Its called the input box.

You can input, cm, mm and other short forms directly into the box.
So let me clarify, you want the relative transformation after the move or rotate right? Not really something on my list,,, but i might look into it. No promises.
I would suggest you vote and hope autodesk takes it into account on their next update.
