Window 13?? If Maya cant find procedure on 2013 the script probably isnt in the correct scripts folder. I have used the script fine with Maya 2013 Windows 7. Google search for help installing mel scripts. Or email your skype name to my website and Ill try help you out from there. Spence

The script was written for maya 2012 running on windows 7. It should really work on mac though, especially if it did for the 2012 version. Did you put the script in the correct folder? Did you try restarting maya or manually sourcing the script before trying to run it after placing the file into your scripts folder? It wont work unless it is sourced first. You probably didn't source it with 2013 but did with 2012 by restarting or opening maya after placing the script in the folder. Also make sure your calling/running the script using mel not python. Do you receieve any errors in the command line or script editor? Spence

Awesome arc tracking tool. I am on a Mac running Maya 2013 and wasn't able to get it to work by simply putting the mel file into the script folder(s) (though it worked fine in Maya 2012 using this method). I had to load arctracker110.mel into the mel script editor and add the command line: arctracker110; at the end of the script. Saving that to the shelf and running it that way worked great.

Check the thorough checkbox - this option does not update. Spence

Hi Spencer! thanks for the very useful script. Is there a way to be able to NOT have the arc update? Thanks

Thanks for the review. You could constrain a locator to a point on a model surface using 'rivet' script: https://www.creativecrash.com/script/rivet-button--2 Or alternatively constrain a locator to a hair follicle on a surface. Then you can track that locator (possibly the follicle itself) using my Arc Tracker script. Hope helps. Spence

This is such a great tool! It'd be awesome if it would track verts as well as! It would help so much with creating fluid movements. Most arc tracker tools are kind of glitchy but this one works perfectly.
