This program creates and sets hotkeys for setting a key for tx, ty, tz, rx, ry, and rz independantly. It also will create and set a hotkey that sets
a keyframe for whatever attribute is selected in the channelbox. Additionally, there are hotkeys to Unify and Break tangent weights in the graph editor.
The hotkeys are as follows:
ALT+z         key tx
ALT+x         key ty
ALT+c         key tz
ALT+Z         key rx
ALT+X         key ry
ALT+C         key rz
ALT+g         key selected (only works after you use key selected from the channel box once in pre Maya 2011)

ALT+s         Lock/Unify Tangent Weights
ALT+S         Unlock/Break Tangent weights

SHIFT+1       Scales value in graph editor -1 across origin

SHIFT+t       Sets global out tangent to Linear
SHIFT+T       Sets global out tangent to Plateau
SHIFT+ALT+T   Sets global out tangent to Step

CTRL+SHIFT+1   moves selected keys negative 1
CTRL+SHIFT+2   moves selected keys negative 2
CTRL+SHIFT+4   moves selected keys negative 4
CTRL+1         moves selected keys positive 1
CTRL+2         moves selected keys positive 2
CTRL+4         moves selected keys positive 4

CTRL+P        playblast options

ALT+q         Open the Outliner

Alt+m         Create Motion Trail
Alt+M         Motion Trail Options

CTRL+ALT+c    Copy Keys in Graph Editor
CTRL+ALT+SHITF+c    Copy Keys Options
CTRL+ALT+v    Paste Keys in Graph Editor
CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+v    Paste Keys Options

ALT+1        Advance 2 frames
ALT+SHIFT+1    Go back 2 frames
ALT+2        Advance 12 frames
ALT+SHIFT+2    Go back 12 frames

CTRL+SHIFT+r    Reference Editor
ALT+SHIFT+r    Reference Editor Options
CTRL+i        Import
CTRL+SHIFT+i    ImportOptions



Just copy and paste the code into your script editor under a Python Tab
If you don't want a hotkey just put '#' in front of the coresponding lines of code
Select all and hit CTRL+ENTER
