Simple object(s) renaming tool.
Install :
copy script to scripts folder. type on mel editor:
source "aj_rnmTool.mel";rnmTool;
Usage :
Select a object or any number of objects to rename and run rnmTool procedure. You can also put the rnmTool procedure in shelf and simply select object than press the rnmTool button in shelf. Window will appear with original object name in text field, rename object and press tab or enter, object will be renamed.
