This maya plug-in is developed for generating
locomotion of human-like character.
When you load this plug-in, you have two
new maya commands,
"lgDatabaseCmd" and "lgLocatorCmd".
Locomotion generation
method is based on motion blending.

data
1) Cyclic motions with various speeds and turning
angles
2) Starting motions (transition motions)
3) Stopping motions (transition motions)
The motion format used in this plug-in is HTR (Hierarchical
Translation-Rotation).
