I did fixed it to be able to work on 2014 - the error you mentioned should not occur.
Please make sure you have downloaded the latest release.
Oh, maybe try removing the .pyc file might help.

My mistake again, there were complications between the python and c++ version.
I rearranged the folder and rewrite the README file for clarity.
Please re-download the file and check the README file.
