The rig seems pretty good on first look and playing with it, my gripe is that you decided to model the pants as geometry that is separate from the upper torso yet you didn't model the legs really at all, just the feet and one of the calves. Professional-style set ups have clothing geometry wrapped around full body geometry. I like the proportions and shape of this model, but not necessarily all the accessories. It would have been nice to have a clean model of the full-body geometry rather than the integrated pants.
