I had a problem with Nico's feet when I was using him for a class assignment. Luckily my teacher found a solution. Nico's feet were getting out of sync with his foot controls. Turns out that I had accidentally keyed the leg joints and that's what was causing me to have that problem, so make sure to hide the Joints before you start working on him.
