There were alot of faults in this, you gave it too much work. I know how to do that with out having that many polygons.all you do is take a cv curve and make it the way you want your roller coaster to be, take a nurbs circle and place it at the beginning, select the circle and then the cv curve and select extrude and walah you have your track still have yet to find a really easy way to do the rails connecting the tracks.
