I assume it's intentional, given the amount of time that's passed, but your right foot's x and y rotations are reversed compared to how you adjust the manipulator visually. This is due to a -1 transform on the harryRig_R_leg_ik_grp scaleZ. An easy fix, if it was an oversight.
Overall, I'm liking the rig so far.
