"my6" icon for shelf and the needed commands for my 6 favorite panels

Render View,Render Globals,Outliner,HyperShade,Attribute Editor,and Visor and minimizes them all to the taskbar with a hotkey
Make your own shelf icon or use the one i included
Their might be a better way to do this but it works for me....
