I was so impressed by davy jones character in pirate 2 that i wanted to give a try and make my own crew member. I did the base mesh in modo then all the high res details in ZBrush. Render in Modo using differents passes that I composited together in combustion.

This model is brilliant first of all... It is no doubt some of the best work on here. I do, however, have one critisizm, it is very hard to pinpoint. The tentacles look very heavy from how you have made them BUT, gravity doesnt seem to be working on them. You should try to make it look like they have slumbered hopelessly all over his shoulders because rite now they are not looking up to scratch. Will take no longer than 10 mins, id love to see the after result! -
