I have never admired a car design as much as this car after I started working on its model. About four weeks of work, and I still didn't get it perfect. Major challenge is the lack of a blueprint, so I simply eyeballed it from several images on Google.
I encourage 3D modeling newbies to model this particular car as the skills learnt upon its completion will not be as that from any other car design!
Surprisingly, I was only able to finish this project with Modo 701. My attempts in 3Ds Max and Maya were unsuccessful despite their powerful modeling tools. As a personal preference, I believe that the workflow of Modo tools for such a complex design is by far the best of any other 3D modeling application.
