1987 Chevrolet Camaro Iroc-Z CHP
I put a few hours on this baby, i love older 3rd Gen Camaro's both Iroc and RS.
This comes from a few stages, first i came up with the chassis from a few reference drawings i did myself from a bunch of photos from Craigslist (lucky to live in the central coast... lots of muscle car aficionados in here), and i designed the interior starting from the classic Iroc dash (flat, no room for glove compartment, you know the one). When i had everything together and touched up the lights i started going crazy on the paint job, so i went from flat black primer, to cherry red with yellow highlights, to red with racing stripes and a few logos, until i ended up painting it all black. I did a few renderings and decided i wanted to add a futuristic touch and replaced the wheels with anti-gravity boosters and the V8 350 block with a mini-nuclear reactor (It's an 80s car, gas guzzler, what the heck...). I added a big frame at the bottom to support the anti-G pods as well as landing gear when the car is parked (plutonium ain't growing on trees, ya'hear??).
At some point i thought "Man! This baby would look sweet with police decals on it!" So that's when i decided to paint it white and add the decals, the cruiser numbers and the red-blue lights on top.

Aston Martin DB9 Hoover-Car
After i decided i was done with the Iroc, this is the project that followed. I wanted to see is i could put together something a little more curvy and fluid, so i began by drawing some reference images for the front and side, i decided i didn't need a top down view, as i knew the car fairly well from all the photos i gathered prior.
The interior and the hoover pads are the only elements that are textured, everything else is shaded in Mental Ray. The interior is totally wrong compared to the real deal, but it works as i wanted to focus on the chassis.22 Views

After a disastrous attempt of buying a (supposedly) mint condish Iroc-Z 5 Speed manual ended up with some guy making it off with my truck and my money and disappear, i needed a vehicle and ended up with an unbelievable deal, a 1986 Mercury Cougar, not a spec on the paint and a V8 engine that screamed "Hell yeah, baby! You are back on the road!". The car came with the cutest set of white walls too, and that's when i got the inspiration to make this concept hot rodder, and because i'm the kinda guy i am, i just couldn't hold myself from fitting a triple axle under this thing and making it a weird 1950s style six-wheeler.
